Legendary Christmas Island has gained global recognition among anglers for its rich bonefish and giant trevally stocks, as well as its clear waters with white sand bottoms. The improved visibility makes it much easier to spot bonefish compared to other locations in the world. From experience and the advantageous visibility, we know that Christmas Island bonefish prefer more sparsely tied fly patterns. Our accommodation on Christmas Island offers two huge advantages. Firstly, our boats are located approximately a thirty second walk from the lodge, and you can be fishing on the flats within a few minutes. Secondly, each angler is assigned their own fishing guide! The advantage of having your own guide is invaluable, especially when bonefishing where an extra pair of eyes scanning the water can make all the difference.
